What is Deposit Account Balance and Withdrawable Account Balance, and how is the balance in each account calculated?
If you are a cash player on Rummy.com, your balance is divided into two accounts: Deposit Account Balance and Withdrawable Account Balance.
The Deposit Account Balance includes all the amount you have deposited, and the 'bonus amount' you have yet to utilize for playing cash games.
The Withdrawable Balance includes your ‘leaderboard winnings’, ‘tournament winnings’, and ‘wagering balance’ which you have earned as a cash player.
Your Total Cash Amount is the sum of the balance in your Deposit Account Balance and Withdrawable Account Balance. You can use all of this amount to play cash games at any time.
For example, if your Deposit Account Balance is Rs. 100 and your Withdrawable Account balance is Rs. 400 (total balance = Rs. 500)
Example 1
You now make a deposit of Rs. 50 into your account. The entire deposit
is credited to your Deposit Account. Now your Deposit Account Balance
is Rs. 150 (Rs. 100 + Rs. 50) but your Withdrawable Account Balance
remains Rs. 400. Your total balance is Rs. 550.
Example 2
You play a cash Points Rummy game with a minimum buy-in of Rs. 80 and
win Rs. 10 in the game. The Rs. 10 that you won gets credited to your
Withdrawable Account Balance. The Rs. 80 that you used as a buy-in for
the Points Rummy game gets transferred from your Deposit Account
Balance to your Withdrawable Account Balance. Your Deposit Account
Balance will now be Rs. 20 (Rs. 100 – Rs. 80) and your Withdrawable
Account balance will now be Rs. 490 (Rs. 400 + Rs. 80 + Rs. 10). Your
Total Balance will be Rs. 510.
Example 3
Now, let us take a case where you play a Points Rummy game with a
minimum buy-in of Rs. 80 and lose Rs.10 in the game. The Rs. 80 that
you used as the buy-in for the Points Rummy game now gets transferred
from your Deposit Account Balance to your Withdrawable Account
Balance. Rs. 10 (your loss) is deducted from the Withdrawable Account
Balance. Now your Deposit Account Balance will be Rs. 20 (Rs. 100 -
Rs. 80) and your Withdrawable Account Balance will now be Rs. 470 (Rs.
400 + Rs. 80 – Rs. 10). Your total Balance will be Rs. 470.
Example 4: You play a tournament (cash or promotional)
Let us say you play a cash tournament with an entry fee of Rs. 100 and
win Rs. 500. The Rs. 500 that you won gets added to your Withdrawable
Account Balance. Rs. 100 was deducted from your Deposit Account
Balance as the entry fee. Now your Deposit Account Balance will be Rs.
0 (Rs. 100 – Rs. 100) and your Withdrawable Account Balance will now
be Rs. 900 (Rs. 400 + Rs. 500). Your total Balance will be Rs. 900.
What is a Super Saver Withdrawal? How is it different from a regular withdrawal?
The Super Saver Withdrawal is a new withdrawal method that provides users with an option to transfer some of the amount to their Deposit balance and make the best of their winnings. The requested amount in a Super Saver Withdrawal is divided into parts and added to the player’s bank account and the player’s Deposit balance on our platform in such a way that the player gets the best out of his/her winnings.
Why is the cashback not shown in my Deposit balance after placing a super saver withdrawal ?
The deposit cashback will be credited to the Deposit balance only after the successful transfer of the Super Saver withdrawal.
